Took delivery of my concrete fence posts today, both lads on the van were extremely efficient, they unloaded the posts quickly & placed them in my back garden for me ready for use, which I wasn’t expecting but none the less very grateful for. I have used the sawmill previously for a new shed & see no reason not to use these guys again, I would imagine it is an extremely busy company with a lot going on behind the scenes especially at this time of year, but they still continue to provide good quality products & prices. Can I just say your service has been superb!! Richard came and measured my small job up and started straight away. I wanted a privacy fence and after he measured he came back the same day to fix the 3 posts to decking area. 2 days later after the panels have been made he as just been at 8.30 am to fix them to the posts. Big thanks as when I first enquired with Richard on products I mentioned I worked nights and he as done everything to accommodate me !! Absolutely superb Richard thanks pal…Ian Hill.

Excellent customer service from Sharon and Jane at The Sawmill. I was after a fair bit of wood and some galvanised gate accessories for an allotment. But because I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed I had to keep changing my order. As a result of this I ended up speaking to them both on several occasions. They both had a great sense of humour, but were very professional, always sending out updated emails detailing the new prices every time I varied the order. They were also able to send my delivery in different loads when requested. All the wood and the fixtures were of a high quality at a reasonable price I highly recommend this company Thank you Sharon and Jane…Steve Brooke

We had a custom made shed assembled on site, it was pouring it down but the lads just got on with the job. They did a first class job, and left the place tidy. We had sleepers delivered and again the guy was so nice, important when, like me you are nervous meeting new people. The shed and sleepers were of the highest quality. Then we had new fencing with gravel boards and a guy called Colin came round to measure, again a smashing bloke and very informative. Again the quality was amazing and the guys that came to fit it were polite, friendly, efficient and super tidy. Right from the start, from placing our order at sawmill, with the two funniest ladies in reception, to the product, the delivery, the assembly the service was the best I have ever experienced. The most amazing thing is the price, it’s so very competitive without compromise to the product!!!! At last a company that from the first order, to the product, and the service and the price, does exactly what it promised to do and all at the time and date stated. We planned a deck and took the dimensions and height to the Mill. The correct amount of materials was ordered and delivered the next day. I constructed the decking myself and found that the amount and quality of material was spot on. Good, friendly customer service and quick delivery. Ordered timber to begin my landscape garden project. Did some research and wanted someone local who didn’t charge extortionate delivery prices. Chose Sawmill and wasn’t disappointed. All timber was good quality and delivered exactly as I’d requested. I ordered a second delivery online for additional projects and was over the moon when it was delivered within an hour of the order being placed! I purchased fencing and a custom made gate for my house in Scotland. Sharon and the team made sure that the items were packaged correctly before my courier picked them up and they arrived the next day in perfect condition. The build quality of my gate and fence panels has transformed the front of my house and I am the envy of my neighbours.
